1. Check your embroidery coverage chart to estimate the approximate embroidery percentage. We reserve the right to determine the exact coverage. Since very few patches fall in the category below 50% embroidered coverage, and the cost of setting up the machines and designing the patch is virtually the same for all designs, we start our pricing with the 50% category.

2. To determine the size, add the maximum height and width (in inches) of the finished patch and divide by 2. For example, a patch that is 3 inches high and 5 inches wide would be (3＂+5＂) /2=4＂. For circular patches the diameter is the size. For all patches, round fractional sizes up to the next haft inch.

3.Check the price chart for patch sizes from 2＂to 5＂in quantities from 100 to 5000 to determine your cost per patch. All price shown as per piece. Unit price does not include digitizing charge. Digitizing charge is determined at 3.5$ per thousand stitches, however for orders over 2000 pieces the digitizing charge will be ignored.

4. Check below for information on optional backing or metallic threads. 
★ Minimum order required is 100 identical pieces
★ Colors: price includes up to seven standard embroidery colors. Add $0.70 per piece per additional color
★ Samples: samples are available for $30 per design and digital charge (non-refundable, freight depends)
★ Metallic threads: for metallic threads, add 15% to the base price per patch
★ Special backing is available at an extra charge based on the patch size as follows per piece:
     Heat seal: add $0.045/pc per square inch.
     Self stick : double adhesive tape $0.075/pc per square inch. (wax paper included).
     Hard PVC Back : add $0.024/pc per square inch. Hard PVC is also named plastic back.
