HOW TO GET STARTED ?
Free trial designs are simple to order. Just signup at our "Members Area" which can be found at the top right hand corner of this page, or you can simply click here! Please make sure you mention in the "Other information" section that it is your first design and you want to avail the free 5000 stitches offer.
WHEN WILL I GET MY DESIGN BACK?
An order conformation will be sent right after you place an order. It normally takes 24 to 48 hours for your design to be processed and delivered. Please make sure you put in all relevant information of your design while you place a order, it saves time. If we find that your information lacks complete info or that your artwork is not suitable for digitizing, we will get back to you. Please read the
FAQ for more info on placing orders.
ARE THERE ANY HIDDEN CHARGES?
No! we do not have any hidden costs or charges.
WILL I BE CHARGED?
We offer Free Digitizing, you will not be charged at all if your design has 5000 or less stitches, if in case your design exceeds 5000 stitches you will only be charged the exceeding stitches. For example if your design contains 6000 stitches, you will have to pay only $3.5 for the 1000 stitches.
