How do I change my User ID?
You can change your password or other profile information in Account Services. You can’t change or User ID, that is your Email address.
Why can’t I read the check code?
The check code can be read when viewing it with Internet Explorer or Netscape. If you can’t read them, please use the superior IE.
How do I retrieve/change my Password?
Click on an Account Services Link. Click on the Retrieve Password link. Then enter your user name and email address. Your password will be sent to your email address.
